Suncrest Gardens Loyalty Program

For every dollar you spend, you will receive one (1) point.* Points are tallied overnight and they do not expire. Once a customer reaches one of the three reward thresholds and a coupon is earned, a purchase made on your next visit will generate the reward coupon. Paper loyalty reward coupons will be valid for 30 days from the date issued and must be presented and surrendered to receive coupon value.

REWARDS

$10.00 coupon

500 points must be tallied in order to earn a $10 coupon. Points earned over 500 will be banked towards future rewards. $10 coupon will generate after the customer’s next purchase.

$25.00 coupon

1000 points must be tallied in one single purchase to earn a $25 coupon. Points earned over 1000 will be banked towards future rewards. $25 coupon will generate after the customer’s next purchase.

$50.00 coupon

2000 points must be tallied in one single purchase to earn a $50 coupon. Points earned over 2000 will be banked towards future rewards. $50 coupon will generate after the customer’s next purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

*No points are earned for labor, delivery, sales tax or gift card purchases. Loyalty points are tallied and managed by our Epicor Point of Sale software system. Customer’s loyalty points or reward coupons cannot be regenerated, manipulated or overridden by the SCG staff. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed or overridden by the SCG staff. Lost or stolen coupons cannot be redeemed or replaced.
