You Plant:<\/strong> Full-price trees and shrubs hardy for Northern Ohio are guaranteed for 50% of their original cost for six months. Trees and shrubs that do not survive due to viability or quality issues unrelated to customer care will receive a credit worth 50% of the dead plant\u2019s value towards purchasing a replacement plant. The customer will be responsible for paying the difference between the 50% credit and the cost of the replacement plant. No cash refunds will be given.<\/p>\n

We Plant:<\/strong> Full-price trees or shrubs planted by Suncrest will be guaranteed for one year at 100%. \u00a0<\/strong>Trees and Shrubs that fail to survive due to viability or quality not related to the customer\u2019s care will be replaced once<\/strong> with a plant of equal or lesser value. The customer will be responsible for paying the difference between the dead plant and the replacement plant if the cost of the replacement plant is higher. We do not offer credits if a plant of lesser value has been chosen as the replacement.<\/p>\n

We do not guarantee<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>discounted or sale trees and shrubs,\u00a0<\/strong>any tree or shrub that is planted in a raised pot or planter, planted in a cemetery, park or school; that receives mechanical or animal damage; that are damaged by any act of nature or have been subjected to extreme weather conditions not typical of the northeastern Ohio area. Failure to provide correct care by the owner nullifies the guarantee. We also do not guarantee certain collectible trees\/shrubs that can pose challenges when grown in our NE Ohio climate and soils. A complete list of these plants can be found at each of our checkout booths. These collector plants will have a \u2018Not Guaranteed\u2019 tag.<\/p>\n

To receive the guarantee<\/u><\/strong>, Suncrest requires the purchaser to complete their tree or shrub purchase under their name and phone number in our point of sales system or the purchaser must present the original sales receipt, to receive the guarantee. No cash refunds will be issued. Discounted or sale items are NOT guaranteed<\/u><\/strong> regardless of whether they are planted by the customer, Suncrest, or the customer\u2019s agent.<\/p>\n

If you suspect that your plant is having issues DO NOT<\/u> remove it from the ground and bring it back to Suncrest. Removing your plant from the ground nullifies the guarantee.<\/strong> We ask that you photograph the plant and either bring them in or text us at 330-352-7483 with the purchaser\u2019s full name and a description of the situation. Our staff will then respond with possible rescue solutions or replacement options.<\/p>\n
